In response to the "big changes", we have developed an innovation policy aimed at achieving the desired goals, by formulating a set of basic solutions that will motivate employees to achieve, trainees of creativity and keep pace with the state's trends in innovation in training and education.

At the Institute of Arab Experts, we relied on the concept of bringing about radical change, following up on developments, exploration, comprehensive analysis and participatory effort.

The institute adopted behaviors that stimulate innovation among employees and established a special room for innovation and creativity to be used by students.

The institute's innovation policies aim to achieve the following:

  1. Promote a sustainable way to invest in human resources at the Institute
  2. Strengthening the competitive capabilities of the Institute in the market
  3. Transforming the concept of innovation into an effective and continuous work and corporate culture.
  4. Developing educational systems, and promoting the use of computers and smart devices in education
  5. Publish and provide technical and communication information to the public
  6. Encouraging a culture of e-learning through hundreds of training programs via technology

The Institute developed the acceptance of proposals and creative ideas through the Creativity Fund in order to attract ideas for education by students, and developed a special room for innovation. The Institute also participates in supplying and supporting government agencies in the month of innovation by providing training courses for innovation
